On-Line Fishing Charters has been introducing clients to the pristine waters surrounding Cape Ann and Boston’s North Shore since 1988. We are able to keep our boats in the scenic Annisquam River which provides easy access to both sides of Cape Ann so anglers can always fish the lee side. Offshore clients have the shortest commute possible to our historic tuna, shark and cod fishing grounds. We are at the easternmost tip of Boston’s North Shore which greatly reduces travel time and fuel consumption. Our proximity to the offshore ledges means we burn less gas and spend less time travelling to the rich tuna and shark grounds than comparable boats out of ports such as Boston. On-Line Fishing Charters is actually a full 18 miles further east than boats out of Boston and 12 miles further east than Newburyport. From our slip on the Annisquam River we are only minutes from classic barrier beaches, extensive estuaries and salt marshes as well as the famed rocky coastline home to some of the world’s best striped bass fishing. We are only 12 miles from the tip of Stellwagen Bank and 15 miles from Jeffrey’s 
Ledge which are the traditional hot spots for school bluefin tuna and pelagic sharks.
Many of our clients are novice anglers looking to gain the skills and knowledge necessary to be able to fish on their own. We have clients who are boat owners who simply want to learn the waters of the North Shore through the eyes of an experienced local captain. We offer a variety of trips to meet your needs.
